Conference Package
The conference runs from lunchtime on Tuesday 3 April to lunchtime on Thursday 5 April 2012. The Exhibition will be open on Tuesday at 11:00, closing after the refreshment break on Thursday. Both residential and non-residential packages include morning and afternoon refreshments, lunches, evening meal on Tuesday, Conference Dinner on Wednesday and a drinks reception with exhibitors on Tuesday evening.
The residential package also includes bed and breakfast accommodation in single, en-suite rooms in James College on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
Accommodation is also available on Monday night (at extra cost) for early arrivals, including those attending pre-event courses run by Janet Training. It is important that you book this at the same time as your conference place – accommodation on Monday night is limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. We cannot guarantee extra night accommodation for bookings made later and you may have to book this independently.
Non-Janet: A limited number of non-residential places will be made available for delegates from non-Janet connected sites wishing to attend the event. Please see the delegate rates printed below.
Sunday night: please note, the small number of rooms for Sunday night referred to on the form are reserved for the use of conference staff and trainers. If you require accommodation on Sunday night please refer to the administrator – networkshop@ja.net – to check availability and your eligibility before submitting the booking form.
Conference Dinner
On the evening of Wednesday 4 April coaches will pick up from the campus for the 15-20 minute journey to the National Railway Museum in York where we will enjoy a drinks reception and dinner.
After dinner the coaches will return you to the campus.
Every year we find there are some who prefer to make their own arrangements for dinner on the Wednesday night – if you wish to opt out please indicate this on the booking form.
